Camp Hervida’s rental rates are listed below for day use, overnight stays, and miscellaneous other uses.

Deposit required for new groups or at the discretion of the board:

  • $250 for overnight stays

  • $75 for day camps

Important information regarding swimming pool and utilities:

  • The Swimming Pool season is typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day, but is dependent upon the weather; therefore, use of the pool is not guaranteed. If a booking is after Labor Day and it is still warm, we may be able to extend the pool season upon request.

  • Utilities at camp are typically turned on in mid-April and turned off in October. If you are interested in booking in the off-season, consider that the water, electricity, bathrooms, etc. will not be available. If weather in October is good, utilities may be able to be kept on if requested in advance.

Day Use

Recreation Hall (pavilion by pool) and use of nearby bathroom when in season.

All other buildings by arrangement for additional fee.

With Pool

$10 per person with $300 minimum

 

Without Pool

$5 per person with $200 minimum.

 

Overnight Stays

Includes full use of Camp Hervida’s facilities.

4-H program use is $15 per person.

 

In-Season

Typically May through September

When utilities are available

$20 per person

$10 per meal per person

if using Camp Hervida food service

Minimum Overnight rate is $500

Off-Season

Typically October through April

When utilities are not available

$15 per person

Minimum Overnight Rate is $300

Miscellaneous

 

Kitchen Use

$175 per day

Fee waived when using Camp Hervida food service.

Camping Vehicles

$30 per night

Maximum of 3 vehicles

Hiking Trails Only

By Arrangement

No use of pool or buildings.

Pool/Pavilion

$100 for 4 hours

This rental is for the facilities on the hill which include the pool, new bathrooms and pavilion. Must provide your own lifeguard.
